Black Vendor Expo refunds are only given with a 7 day notice of the event. All vendor information will be emailed to you once your ticket is purchased. When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your information will be used for Black Vendor Expo purposes (notifications, promotions and vendor announcements) only. Black Vendor Expo headquarters is located at 2459 Roosevelt Hwy, Atlanta, Georgia 30337. The Vendor shall be liable hereunder for its own negligence, willful misconduct or bad faith. The Vendor agrees to indemnify the Company and save it harmless against any and all liabilities, including judgments, costs and reasonable counsel fees, for anything done or omitted by the Vendor in the execution of this Agreement.
